Fees for Subpoena Compliance

Michelle O'Neill Foundation will charge the person or entity submitting the civil subpoena for costs associated with subpoena compliance. Payment must be made within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of The Michelle O'Neill Foundation invoice. Checks should be made out to The Michelle O'Neill Foundation.
